I am a personal trainer, movement coach, and lifelong student located in Pennington/Hopewell, NJ. With over a decade of experience teaching and training individuals and groups of all ages, I have discovered that age is simply a number and movement is magic. I specialize in functional movement emphasizing proper alignment, posture, and optimizing respiratory mechanics. As a softball player and gymnast from an early age, I developed a solid understanding of movement as well as asymmetries that resulted in injuries and chronic pain. I have and continue to work with exceptional physical therapists and rehab professionals who have provided a path of healing and education. I pass this experience and knowledge on to my clients and classes. Most recently I completed an intense 12 week intensive mentorship to further my knowledge in anatomy, biomechanics, posture restoration, and programming.
I offer private, semi-private, and small group classes in functional movement, Hypopressives breathwork (Low Pressure Fitness), yoga, and personal training. I work with RedCord, TRX, kettlebells, and other various other modalities.
