I am passionate about movement and educating individuals to move and feel better by offering training and instruction on Low Pressure Fitness Hypopressives, LYT Yoga, functional movement, corrective exercise and postural alignment.

What is Low Pressure Fitness and hypopressive training?
Low Pressure Fitness (LPF) is a unique movement system, which incorporates hypopressive breathing techniques into a specific set of exercises which focus on postural alignment, core strength, breath and pressure management.
